EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
We are happy to exchange or refund any boots up to 28 days
from their invoice date, provided we are informed of your intention
prior to their return, and they are received in their original
unworn condition. Footwear that has been used cannot be returned!
Please email us to request your return authorisation number,
as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Provided all the above criteria are met, the value of the boots
will be refunded less the cost of the initial postage and handling.
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty pair of boots,
please contact us first to explain the problem. You may then
be asked to return the boots to us, and a full refund will
be offered including the cost of your own return postage. We
do not offer refunds however, when the boots have clearly been
damaged through blatant misuse.
