Australian Customers

There are two options for Domestic Shipping
 1. Registered Post Shipping by normal Registered Post is free within Australia, and takes 2-7 working days. 
2. Express Post is available at a 10% surcharge, and takes 1 to 5 days, depending on location.

International Customers

There are three options for International Shipping
 1. Airmail (Untraceable) This is the cheapest shipping option, but is neither traceble nor insured, and we accept no responsibility for any boots sent this way and lost in transit. With Airmail postage, a 10% shipping charge is incurred as your boots pass through the shopping cart. 

 2. Airmail Insured (Partly Traceable) Your boots can be insured in transit by selecting the Airmail Insured option in the shopping cart. This adds 20% to the cost of your order.

 3. Express Courier International (Fully Traceable) This is an option if a guaranteed 7 day delivery period is required. It can be purchased as a separate item within the shopping cart and costs $35 plus either the 10% or 20% as above (uninsured or insured). Link to express courier international 

Delivery times
Your boots will be despatched 1 to 3 working days following receipt of order, provided payment has been received.
We do not guarantee delivery times, but Airmail and Airmail Insured postage usually take between 7 and 14 working days, depending on destination, and provided there are no delays in customs.
ECI postage guarantees delivery within 7 working days, provided there are no delays in customs.

Backorders
If your choice of boot is not in stock, you will be informed by email and offered an alternative colour, or later delivery date. Back orders are not charged until they are ready for despatch.

Payment

If you are purchasing by credit card from outside Australia, your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency on your statement. However, please note, credit card companies all use their own conversion rates when processing overseas transactions, so this figure may differ slightly from the exchange rate provided on this site, which is given purely as a guide.

Sales Tax
Prices shown on the site do not include GST for purchases within Australia, but international customers are not charged any sales tax.
However, if you are purchasing from outside Australia your packages may be subject to the fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. These charges are the responsibility of the individual customer, not Ozbootz.
